Hotel Malibu

I think the strength of this hotel was its staff. You were never unattended when in public spaces, from the moment your car enters the property to the time we were walked up to our room by an employee with our luggage. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional. The hotel is clean and modern looking and the rooms were really nice. We arrived early but were able to stow our luggage safely; we received a claim tag and an employee took it away. Several of the staff spoke English so we never felt like we didn't know what we were doing. The two young men who were working the front desk in the evenings even helped us to recover a cell phone left in a taxi by interpreting a phone call for us. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again in the need arises.

Staff was wonderful, welcoming. Their location is very convenient to so many things in the northern half of Guadalajara.

Comfortable beds, good location and great attention. Breakfast was also very good.

nice hotel next to mall with everything you need. close to centro and andares. Restaurant is good
